Compact and Economical The nozzle type gas packaging equipment, FG-400 Series, can easily handle a number of process sequences of evacuation, gas flushing and sealing. All of its opera tions are quiet and built with safety in mind. The machines are sequence controlled. The equipment is available in a wide range of variations (ten) from small to large in accordance with the customer's needs. You can choose the machine that meets your needs. Fuji Impulse takes pride in presenting a market winner with its vacuum and gas packaging equipment. Fully adjustable vacuum gauges The vacuum gauge with adjusting dial allows for quick and easy adjustment of the degree of vacuum required, while allowing the operator to monitor the gauge opera tion. Change-over switches that will allow the equipment to perform three functions: Exclusive sealing—Sealing only Vacuum & sealing—Air removal & sealing Gas filling—Air removal, gas filling & sealing Height and angle adjustment table The product table comes in 3 sizes depending on the pouch length requirement. The table is adjustable in height and angle by changing the location of two stays using the adjusting holes in the front of the cabinet. Standard table dimensions: 410mm wide X 300mm long Large table dimensions: 410mm wide X 450mm long 410mm wide X 520mm long Stainless steel (Teflon) coated nozzle mechanism The nozzle extends beyond the sealing and clamping mechanism so that the pouch can easily be inserted The space between the nozzle is easily adjustable. In cases where gas is used this design allows economical use. Sealing can be done in two sealing widths: 5mm or 10mm
